1. Every member shall undertake to uphold the constitution of the club.
2. Every member of the Club undertakes to contribute positively to the ethos management and functioning of the club.
3. All Members should be entitled to:
Have fun and experience a sense of enjoyment and fulfilment.
Be treated with respect, dignity and sensitivity.
Comment and make suggestions in a constructive manner.
Be afforded appropriate confidentiality.
Make their concerns known and have them dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Be protected from abuse.
Be listened to.
4. Behaviour: All members are expected to:
Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person.
Treat each person equally regardless of age, gender, marital status, sexuality, ability, ethnic or national origin, cultural background or religion
Endeavour to ensure that they are suitably and safely attired and kitted out.
5. Social media and communication:
Members are asked not to post any material relating to any club member on any social media forum or platform without the prior consent of that member.
The club What’s App forum is designed specifically to organise/co-ordinate activities and club communication. It is not for personal communication, for review or feedback, for banter or other. Failure to comply will mean that the member will be removed from the group.
6. The Club may refuse a person membership or expel them from membership, but only for good and sufficient cause, such as conduct or character likely to bring the club or sport into disrepute. Appeal against such a decision may be made to the Club’s Members at an EGM and decided by a majority vote.
